Leadership Organization Project
I learned about this technique from a professor about two years ago. I have since adapted it to my style and finally got around to putting it into action with Illini Film and Video for their 2003-2004 leadership team.
The method, which I named for convenience "Prioritized Potential," takes MOTIVATED LEADERS and prioritizes an organization or project's potential activities. Then, the activities are grouped and by the end of the process, detailed job descriptions are created.
